'Throughout my career, I've experienced firsthand the power of meaningful relationships in driving success and creating opportunities.

'It's not just about who you know; it's about bringing the right people together at the right time. That's what we're doing with KC Global Partnerships, but on a much larger scale.'

Kamani, who co-founded KC Global Partnerships and founded PrettyLittleThing.com, brings his strong business acumen and innovative approach to the venture.

'In Dubai and across the region, we see immense potential to transform how talent and brands interact,' he explained.

'Our vision goes beyond facilitating mere transactions. Our platform is designed to nurture authentic, long-term partnerships, creating real value for everyone involved.

'KC Global Partnerships isn't just about connecting people – it's about fostering a collaborative ecosystem that will spark innovation, fuel business expansion, and promote cross-cultural interchange throughout Dubai and beyond.'

Joining the pair will be Amy Simon as a Partner and Director of PR and Talent, after eight years managing global influencers as Global Head of PR and Talent for PrettyLittleThing.

She said: 'I am so excited to be joining Umar and Naomi on their exciting new business venture.

'Having worked alongside Umar for 8 years and watched the exponential growth of PLT globally, this was a natural progression for me.

'I am excited to be moving to the Middle East to help expand our team and bring together some exciting brand and talent partnerships to Dubai.'

Sufeena Hussain will also join as a Partner and takes on the role of Partnerships Director, after previously leading PLT's debut in major Middle East territories.

She added: 'I am thrilled to be collaborating with Naomi, as well as reuniting with Umar and Amy.

'The UAE has been profoundly rewarding for me both professionally and personally, and I can't wait for KC Global Partnerships to contribute to this dynamic region.

'KC Global Partnerships offers a diverse range of services, and with our combined experiences, we are poised to deliver exceptional value and innovation to the market.'

Naomi, who has worked with prestigious fashion houses such as Prada, Burberry and Yves Saint Laurent, revealed a major factor behind the surprise deal with PLT was her desire to design her own clothes, claiming fashion brands don't usually give models the opportunity, favouring celebrity names instead.

When her collaboration, which is priced between £10 to £150 and comes in sizes 4-30, was announced, she was hit with a negative reaction from critics who claimed she was putting her reputation on the line by fronting a campaign for the brand which often emulates designer looks at a cheaper cost.

The mother-of-two said working with PLF was an empowering experience following decades of wearing the designs of other fashion houses as she becomes the changing face of a new era.

She added: 'I have worked for years for everybody else. It's nice to do something for me.

'Whenever they think of working with someone, they never come to the actual models, they usually go to the celebrities.

'There are a few other models that have done fast fashion, and they were totally praised and adored and are loved.

'I don't think about other people when I say yes to something. If I understand it and I see what it can be then that's how I commit to the things I do.'
