Ivanka Trump's 'luxury personal trainer' has lifted the lid on the 'bada**' former First Daughter's five go-to workouts. 

Sandy Brockman is an Austin, Texas-based instructor known for whipping the hottest A-listers into shape with her rigorous routines. 

The 52-year-old woman behind Ivanka's killer body 'cracked the code' to getting a taut waist and a pert derriere from an early age, making her a top trainer for Hollywood heavyweights trying to achieve their dream bodies. 

Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com, Sandy - who previously showcased Ivanka's jaw-dropping strength on Instagram - detailed the five workouts that keep the mom-of-three's body in remarkable shape. 

The fitness fanatic has also revealed that Ivanka, 42, was not shy when it came to lifting weights and headed straight to the squat rack as she shared how frequently the blonde beauty eats to maintain her physique.

The coach revealed that when Ivanka came to her, she wanted to tone her figure.

Sandy said: 'Ivanka is wonderful because she is just being herself and learning how to strength train, which is so bada**.'

The trainer - who has been in the industry for more than three decades - revealed that she had gone through all of the trendy workout phases and found that the most effective were the basics. 

She revealed that Ivanka always stuck to the same five workouts - adding that depending on her goals, they would add or remove the amount of weights she lifted. 

'The movements are always the same. They're deadlifts, back squats, hinges, presses and pull ups,' Sandy revealed. 

Deadlifts are one of the most functional and basic exercises, and it sees you bending down, picking up a weight bar and lifting it back up. 

Back squats, which are also known as barbells, are performed by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a weighted barbell on your upper back and squatting. 

When doing hip hinges, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and push your hips and butt back while hinging forward until your torso is parallel with the floor, pause, then return your hips to the starting position.

For presses, make sure your back is straight and tall, then extend the weighted barbell above your head and bring it back down.

When doing pull ups, bend your elbows and pull your body up toward the bar until your chin is over it.

She said that the former First Daughter - who was an expert at controlled squats - worked out four times a week for one hour. 

She explained that the blonde beauty lifted a varied amount of weight - adding that it depended on the day and her body composition goals. However, she revealed that she always pushed the A-lister to lift her body weight.

And while she didn't specify the amount of reps people should be doing, Sandy said that she had 'minimum strength goals' for her clients, including Ivanka. 

She told DailyMail.com: 'My minimum strength goals I strive for with my clients include: five strict push ups, two strict pull ups, one bodyweight barbell back squat, one bodyweight barbell deadlift, and one 45-pound barbell overhead press.' 

Sandy noted that each day with Ivanka was strength training, adding that if the blonde beauty wanted to workout five days, she advised her to do something fun like yoga.

In addition to her strength training, the trainer revealed that she often gave Ivanka some tips when it came to eating - specifically how much protein she should have. 

She told DailyMail.com: 'I don't want women starving. I want them to keep that constant flow of protein going through their bodies.' 

Sandy said that she told her clients to have '20 grams of protein every two to three hours.'

Ivanka previously flaunted her enviable body, which was toned by Sandy's expert tips, in a workout video while wearing figure-hugging leggings.

After bidding adieu to a life in politics, Ivanka walked right into the gym and has since been parading her taut figure on social media.

But no matter the ensemble, the former First Daughter is sure to look chic and makes sure all of her fans know it. 

She previously told My Morning Routine that she has had a slim physique since she was a teen but she works out to maintain it. 

She revealed that she starts her day with a large glass of water with 'lemon' followed by a 'big cup of coffee.' 

Ivanka has also previously revealed she has found 'inner peace' through transcendental meditation as she reflected on the experience that led her to 'mental clarity.'

The former First daughter took to Instagram to gush about the mindfulness practice that helped her fill her heart with 'gratitude.'

Ivanka admitted that she had explored many meditation practices over the years, but always came back to transcendental meditation, which was a silent practice that involved the repetition of a mantra for 15 to 20 minutes.

Despite spending time with those heavily involved in politics, Ivanka and husband Jared Kushner, 43, have worked to distance themselves from Donald's re-election campaign and the general Trump orbit.

They relocated to Florida with children Arabella, 12; Joseph, nine; and Theodore, eight, after Trump left office in January 2021.
