Zocchi, who has been residing in Byron Bay, has built his new home not far from the massive coastal estate owned by Chris Hemsworth and his wife Elsa Pataky.
The famed Hollywood couple announced last September they had received approval to build a second home on their 35-hectare site.
Hemsworth bought the land for $4.25million in 2019 and proposed $4.4million worth of works, bringing the finished property to $8.6million, reports the Daily Telegraph.

Meanwhile, Zocchi says he has helped the Hemsworth clan develop their physiques for blockbuster roles.
Last year, he revealed that Chris' wife Elsa Pataky, 46, recently used the same program Chris followed for his blockbuster, Thor: Love & Thunder.
He said she did it to get in shape for her role as the very ripped Captain J.J. Collins in Netflix's Interceptor - which left her in 'the best shape of her life.
It comes after Zocchi announced last November his engagement to fiancée Maria Babic.
