Mister Negative

Mister Negative is a fictional supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. An enemy of the superhero Spider-Man, he is split between his super powered crime lord persona and his philanthropic Martin Li persona.

Since his conception, the character has been adapted into several forms of media outside of comics, including animated series and video games.
