Semi-professional footballer (possibly retired) that does not appear to have any significant coverage, therefore failing WP:GNG and WP:SPORTBASIC. I found nothing in Google News, no relevant hits in ProQuest and some trivial mentions in DDG. The best sources that I can find are Modern Ghana and Ghana Soccernet but both of these are trivial match report mentions and there is consensus within the community that such coverage does not confer notability.
