Higher Secondary School Teacher(HSST)

HSST is the name of the teachers who teach in 11 and 12 grades in Kerala. Previously 11th and 12th grades were a part of college education. Later in 1991 it had been added to high schools and named as higher secondary. An HSST is equivalent to the post of a junior lecturer in college.HSST is a gazetted post.
