Farah University (Persian: پوهنتون فراه) is located in Farah province, Afghanistan.^[1]

After the Islamic Emirate came to power, Farah University was run by Maulvi Noor-ul-Haq Mazhari, who was the deputy head of the Islamic Emirate's higher education department in the southwest before the Islamic Emirate came to power and was the special representative of the Ministry of Higher Education at Farah University after the Islamic Emirate came to power.
