BBGI Global Infrastructure S.A. is a publicly listed investment company dedicated to infrastructure investments.[2][3] It has headquarters in Luxembourg.[2] It is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index where it is categorized as a British company.[4] Established in 2011, as Bilfinger Berger Global Infrastructure,[3] The company adopted the name BBGI SICAV SA in 2014[5] before adopting its current name of BBGI Global Infrastructure.[2]

As of August 2024, United States visitors to the home page of the BBGI website are stopped, redirecting to a disclaimer that says in part that no "United States person" may continue, and also limiting the access of site visitors from Australia, Canada, Japan, and South Africa.[6]
