This was a recreation of the film by Kubrick in Festa Major de Gràcia, a festival in which neighbours ornate the streets in paper, plastic, etc. and every decorated street has its own theme, in this case it was the movies. No, it wasn't a person but a sculpture (I don't know if it was made of papier-mâché, as many others, I don't remember) in a hand-painted setting. For these 2, the director died in 1954, but I am not sure that there are other issues, i.e. en:The Indian Tomb (1921 film) (screenplay by Fritz Lang?)
