Arcserve’s report showed only 1 in 4 enterprises had buy in from leaders in the company for data protection, while 69% of the surveyed companies said their ops would come to a complete halt in a data incident. That disconnect is quite significant and highlights the reactive approach many firms are taking to security. As with any business culture - it needs to be set from the Board, management and executives.
