527?

[edit]

Why the disambiguator (527)? Is Gal, Bishop of Clermont not enough? Srnec 07:06, 10 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The problem is that there is another Gal, a saint, and also a bishop of Clermont, who, although not as notable, might someday have an article. I would really prefer it be changed if a good alternative can be found (I've seen that Catholic Encyclopedia uses "Gall I" and "Gall II", but I was unsure how I would incorporate this to the best effect). Alright. I would think that Gal I, Bishop of Clermont and Gal II, Bishop of Clermont would be the best titles. Srnec 07:32, 10 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Very good, I like that. In fact, I am going to move the article now. Thank you for bringing this up. Alekjds talk 17:19, 10 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

List of saints

[edit]

I've added this to List of saints, a detail to remember whenever one is starting a new article on a saint. --Wetman 02:21, 14 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
