‘Constellation’
When one compelling Apple TV+ series comes to an end, another begins. Case in point: Criminal Record aired its Season 1 finale on February 21, and before subscribers even had time to fully miss the crime thriller, they got the first three episodes of the streamer’s new psychological space thriller, Constellation. Created and written by Peter Harness (Wallander, The War of the Worlds, Doctor Who), the eight-episode series follows Jo Ericsson (Noomi Rapace), an astronaut who returns to Earth following a fatal accident, only to learn her world is much different than she left it. Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul fans will be thrilled to know that our boy Jonathan Banks returns to screen alongside Rapace, James D’Arcy, twins Rosie and Davina Coleman, Julian Looman, William Catlett, Barbara Sukowa, and more. Described by Apple as “an exploration of the dark edges of human psychology, and one woman’s desperate quest to expose the truth about the hidden history of space travel,” Constellation is for fans of conspiracies, space, and haunting mysteries.
