A 13-year-old girl left her Plant City home, was missing for three days, and was found Tuesday in Broward County with a 38-year-old man she met online, deputies say. Edward Rodriguez, of Cooper City, was arrested on charges of lewd or lascivious molestation of a victim between 12 and 16 years of age by someone over 18 and providing aid to a minor without notifying parents or law enforcement.
