While the idea is solid...the execution is lacking. I enjoyed the portion of the movie prior to the killer traveling through electrical lines as this is where the misunderstandings begin. I would say this is in a similar category as Lawnmower Man and Ghost in the Machine, while I enjoyed each film to some extent and the concept was solid, misunderstandings about how certain things work or are linked or not linked together really soured the experience for me. While I did enjoy the film up until the last 1/3 or so, the last 1/3 is so bad I can't see myself watching this again.

Incredibly erratic. At its best, it's really good. At its worst, it's just the pits. And it's at its worst a LOT. The last third or so is unwatchably dumb.
