Patriot’s Bookkeeping Service handles all your day-to-day bookkeeping responsibilities, including account organization, transaction categorization, monthly account reconciliation, and month-end book closing.

Please keep in mind that you must use Patriot’s Accounting Premium Software to use our Bookkeeping Service.
Your one-time onboarding fee and monthly service fees depend on your company’s average monthly expenses. Please see our pricing chart for more information.
We’ll charge a one-time fee at the time of onboarding. Your onboarding fee is based on your average monthly expenses and how many months’ worth of historical information we need to enter.
Your monthly Bookkeeping Service fee and Accounting Premium software fee will be charged on the 1st of each month (along with any other Patriot products).
Yes, you must use Patriot’s Accounting Premium software to use our Bookkeeping Service add-on.
Patriot’s Bookkeeping Service does not run payroll, pay your bills, invoice your customers, file corporate taxes, or offer tax advice.
You can pay your bills and invoice customers with Patriot’s Accounting Premium. You can run payroll by signing up for our online payroll.
No long-term contracts here. You can cancel anytime, without penalty.
