Jared began his F45 journey as a member in December 2019. He knew from day one that F45 was what he needed to get back in the shape he was as a marine. Within his first 11 months, he went from 27% BF to 11% and it completely changed his life. Owning an F45 became a goal of his, along with his wife, and when the opportunity arose to purchase F45 Wentzville, they jumped on the opportunity and haven't looked back. Since he had already completed more than 750 F45 workouts before he purchased our location, he was already very familiar with the business.
