    Last week, our CEO, Tim Zheng, took to the stage at SaaStr Annual to talk about scaling to $100M ARR using product-lead growth. 🚀 Missed it? Here’s a few key takeaways that helped us achieve this success: —If you use a data-driven, scientific approach, small (but mighty!) agile teams can move mountains—especially when they’re free to experiment quickly and frequently. —It might be controversial, but constraints can actually breed CREATIVITY. This mindset requires boldness and a willingness to learn continuously, no matter what. —Constantly work on reducing friction for your customers (in fact, treat it like a bug!) —Build a strong network, including carefully selecting venture capitalists and co-founders who support your mission.
