Lakers' Christian Koloko: Joining Lakers
The Lakers signed Koloko to a contract Saturday, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
The specifics of the deal have yet to be disclosed, but Koloko is expected to be given the opportunity to compete for a role in Los Angeles' frontcourt. However, he is still waiting to receive clearance from the NBA's fitness panel as he has been dealing with blood clots. In 2022-23, Koloko averaged 3.1 points, 2.9 rebounds and 1.0 blocks in 13.8 minutes across 58 regular-season appearances for the Raptors.

Lakers' Christian Wood: Undergoes knee procedure
Wood underwent a successful arthroscopic surgical procedure on his left knee Monday, Mike Trudell of Spectrum SportsNet reports.
The forward will be re-evaluated in eight weeks, meaning he will miss the start of the 2024-25 season. This is a tough blow for Wood, as it will set him back with his offseason training. Wood exercised his $3.04 million player option in May and was already facing an uphill battle for playing time in the Lakers' crowded frontcourt, and this certainly won't help.

Lakers' Alex Fudge: Signs with Lakers
Fudge signed a contract with the Lakers on Thursday. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.
It's unclear if Fudge signed a two-way deal with the Lakers, though that could very well be the case as he spent the 2023-24 campaign on such a deal, appearing in six NBA contests for the Lakers and Mavericks while averaging 2.5 points in 6.7 minutes per game. Even though Fudge will look to battle for a roster spot in training camp, he's likely to spend most of the upcoming campaign in the G League.

Valerio-Bodon agreed to a contract with the Lakers on Wednesday, Ryan Ward of LakersNation.com reports.
Specifics of the deal weren't released, but it's likely just a partially guaranteed contract that will allow Valerio-Bodon to participate in training camp. The 23-year-old spent the 2023-24 season with the South Bay Lakers of the G League.

Lakers' Jordan Goodwin: Signs deal with Los Angeles
Goodwin and the Lakers agreed to an Exhibit 10 deal Tuesday, Chris Haynes of Turner Sports reports.
Goodwin was one of the top free agents available and will now have the chance to compete for a roster spot in Los Angeles during training camp. In 121 career NBA appearances, Goodwin holds regular-season averages of 6.4 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.7 assists.
