Izaiah Brockington NO SG
Pelicans' Izaiah Brockington: Signs training camp deal with Pels
2h agoBrockington has signed a training camp with the Pelicans on Thursday, Andrew Lopez of ESPN.com reports.
Brockington played in one game with the Pelicans last season after spending the year with the Birmingham Squadron of the G League, and he also played for Pels this year in the summer league. He's a long shot to make the roster, though, and it wouldn't be shocking if he plays in the G League in 2024-25.

Amari Bailey CHA SG
Nets' Amari Bailey: Joins Nets on Exhibit 10 deal
2h agoBailey has signed an Exhibit 10 deal with the Nets on Thursday, Michael Scotto of USA Today reports.
Bailey was the 41st pick of the 2023 NBA Draft and played for the Hornets last season. He's unlikely to make the roster for the start of the regular season, but he'll add depth in training camp and should contend for a G League role in a worst-case scenario.
-
Tre Scott ORL SF
Tre Scott: Waived by Orlando
3h agoScott was waived by the Magic on Thursday, Keith Smith of Spotrac.com reports.
The Magic waived both Scott and Myron Gardner from their Exhibit 10 deals on Thursday, as neither will make the roster. Expect Scott to be part of Osceola in the G League for the 2024-25 campaign.
-
Blake Hinson NBADRAFT PF
Warriors' Blake Hinson: Signs with Warriors
3h agoHinson has signed an Exhibit 10 deal with the Warriors, Michael Scotto of USA Today reports.
Hinson was on a two-way deal with the Lakers before being waived on Sep. 15, but there was lots of interest in his services, and he chose the Warriors over several teams. He averaged 18.5 points and shot 42.1 percent from three-point range at Pittsburgh last season.
-
Jaden Shackelford NBADRAFT G
Suns' Jaden Shackelford: Inks deal with Phoenix
6h agoThe Suns signed Shackelford to an Exhibit 10 contract Thursday, Michael Scotto of USA Today reports.
Shackelford has yet to make an NBA appearance but spent the 2023-24 campaign with Oklahoma City Blue of the G League. He will now have the opportunity to compete for a regular-season roster spot with the Suns.
-
Kevon Harris ORL SG
Hawks' Kevon Harris: Signs training-camp deal
1d agoHarris signed an Exhibit 10 contract with the Hawks on Wednesday, Michael Scotto of USA Today reports.
Harris spent some time with the Clippers in August but didn't quite make the cut, and he'll now get a chance to latch on in Atlanta. The Hawks have all three two-way slots filled, so it's likely Harris ends up with the team's G League affiliate.
-
Boban Marjanovic HOU C
Boban Marjanovic: To join Fenerbahce
2d agoMarjanovic agreed to a one-year deal with Fenerbahce on Tuesday, Eurohoops reports.
Both sides will have the option to opt out of this deal until January. Marjanovic has been in the NBA since 2015 with stints with the Spurs, Pistons, Clippers, 76ers, Mavericks and Rockets. Throughout his nine-year NBA career, Marjanovic averaged 5.5 points and 3.6 rebounds in 8.7 minutes per contest.
-
Ibou Badji POR C
Bucks' Ibou Badji: Heading to Milwaukee
6d agoThe Bucks signed Badji to an Exhibit 10 deal Friday, Michael Scotto of USA Today reports.
Badji will have the opportunity to make the Bucks' NBA roster on a non-guaranteed deal during fall training camp, although he likely will end up with the club's G League affiliate, the Wisconsin Herd. The 21-year-old registered 22 regular-season appearances with Portland last season, during which he averaged 1.5 points and 2.3 rebounds across 10.3 minutes per game.
-
Malik Williams MIA C
Malik Williams: Let go by Heat
7d agoThe Heat announced Thursday that they have waived Warren.
Williams has been let go by Miami a day after signing an Exhibit 10 contract. Williams is set to spend the 2024-25 campaign with Sioux Falls Skyforce of the G League.
-
Malik Williams MIA C
Heat's Malik Williams: Joins Miami
8d agoWilliams and the Heat agreed to an Exhibit 10 contract Wednesday, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
This transaction brings Miami's roster up to 20 players, one short of the maximum amount allowed. Williams had a small stint with Toronto in 2023-24, making seven regular-season appearances with averages of 2.7 points and 5.4 rebounds. He's likely to end up in the G League.
-
Tristan Thompson CLE C
Cavaliers' Tristan Thompson: Returning to Cleveland
13d agoThompson and the Cavaliers agreed to a one-year contract Friday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
Thompson rejoined the Cavaliers last season and saw a decrease in production, averaging 3.3 points and 3.6 rebounds in 11.2 minutes per game over 49 regular-season appearances. He'll remain in Cleveland for another season, but it wouldn't be surprising to see his diminished role continue since Jarrett Allen and Evan Mobley should see most of the work under the basket.
-
Ivica Zubac LAC C
Clippers' Ivica Zubac: Inks extension
20d agoZubac and the Clippers have come to terms on a three-year, $58.6 million contract extension, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
Zubac has been with the Clippers since being dealt there from the Lakers in 2018. He averaged a career-high 11.7 points last season over 68 regular-season games to go along with 9.2 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.2 blocks across 26.4 minutes. The big man again projects to start at center in Los Angeles, and he figures to see a similar workload with his new deal.
-
Blake Hinson NBADRAFT PF
Warriors' Blake Hinson: Signs with Warriors
3h agoHinson has signed an Exhibit 10 deal with the Warriors, Michael Scotto of USA Today reports.
Hinson was on a two-way deal with the Lakers before being waived on Sep. 15, but there was lots of interest in his services, and he chose the Warriors over several teams. He averaged 18.5 points and shot 42.1 percent from three-point range at Pittsburgh last season.
-
Marcus Morris CLE PF
Knicks' Marcus Morris: Signs with New York
4d agoMorris will join the Knicks on a one-year deal, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
Morris rejoins the Knicks after appearing in 49 games between the 76ers and Cavaliers last season, where he averaged 6.4 points and 2.7 rebounds in 16.7 minutes per game in the regular season. Should he make the final roster, the 35-year-old will likely serve as a depth piece for a team with strong depth at the forward spots.
-
Christian Wood LAL PF
Lakers' Christian Wood: Undergoes knee procedure
10d agoWood underwent a successful arthroscopic surgical procedure on his left knee Monday, Mike Trudell of Spectrum SportsNet reports.
The forward will be re-evaluated in eight weeks, meaning he will miss the start of the 2024-25 season. This is a tough blow for Wood, as it will set him back with his offseason training. Wood exercised his $3.04 million player option in May and was already facing an uphill battle for playing time in the Lakers' crowded frontcourt, and this certainly won't help.
-
Markieff Morris DAL PF
Mavericks' Markieff Morris: Returns to Dallas
12d agoMorris agreed to a contract with the Mavericks on Saturday, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
Morris spent the 2023-24 campaign with Dallas, appearing in 26 games (one start) and averaging 2.5 points and 1.5 rebounds across 8.3 minutes. With Naji Marshall replacing Derrick Jones and the rest of the Mavs frontcourt sticking around, Morris will likely be a fringe rotation piece in 2024-25.
-
Gregory Jackson MEM PF
Grizzlies' GG Jackson: Out at least three months
15d agoJackson underwent a successful procedure to repair a broken fifth metatarsal in his right foot Wednesday and will be evaluated in approximately three months.
Jackson will miss at least the first month of the season while rehabbing from the procedure but is expected to make a full recovery. However, when healthy, his role remains unclear. As a rookie, the second-round pick carved out a substantial role for the injury-riddled Grizzlies. Over his final 18 regular-season appearances, Jackson averaged 20.4 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.1 assists in 34.1 minutes per game. With Ja Morant (shoulder), Marcus Smart (finger) and Desmond Bane (back) returning to full strength this offseason, Jackson will have a difficult time repeating those numbers in Year 2.
-
Gregory Jackson MEM PF
Grizzlies' GG Jackson: Suffers broken foot
20d agoJackson broke the fifth metatarsal in his right foot earlier this week and will undergo surgery Sept. 4.
The Grizzlies had a rough time with injuries in the 2023-24 season, and the team is not catching a break even in the offseason. Jackson suffered the injury while playing basketball outside Dallas on Aug. 27 when he had an unstable landing on his right foot. A timetable for recovery has not been provided, but it wouldn't be surprising if Jackson is not fully recovered for the start of the regular season in late October.

-
Blake Hinson LAL SF
Blake Hinson: Waived by Los Angeles
4d agoHinson was waived by the Lakers on Sunday, Michael Scotto of USA Today reports.
Hinson signed a two-way deal with the Lakers in June and had a relatively strong Summer League, but he will hit free agency ahead of the 2024-25 campaign. The Pitt product will likely draw some interest, but it remains unlikely he will spend much time on an NBA roster during his rookie year.
-
Isaac Okoro CLE SF
Cavaliers' Isaac Okoro: Staying in Cleveland
5d agoThe Cavaliers re-signed Okoro to a three-year, $38 million contract Saturday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
Okoro was a restricted free agent but is now set to stay in Cleveland for at least three more years. In 2023-24, he averaged 9.4 points, 3.0 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 27.3 minutes across 69 regular-season appearances, including 42 starts. Next season, he should continue to battle for a starting job with Max Strus.
-
Jalen Slawson ORL SF
Magic's Jalen Slawson: Reaches deal with Orlando
8d agoSlawson signed an Exhibit 10 contract with the Magic on Wednesday.
Slawson spent the 2023-24 campaign on a two-way deal with the Kings and appeared in 12 games at the NBA level, averaging just 3.1 minutes per contest. He became an unrestricted free agent this summer after the Kings opted not to extend him a qualifying offer, and he'll now join Orlando for training camp with the hope of securing a spot on the 15-man roster or a two-way spot. If Slawson is cut before the start of the regular season, the Magic would retain his G League rights.
-
Alex Fudge LAL SF
Alex Fudge: Waived by Lakers
13d agoFudge was waived by the Lakers on Friday.
Fudge signed a contract with the Lakers on Thursday but was let go by the organization a day later. It wouldn't be surprising to see him end up in the G League during the 2024-25 campaign.
-
Alex Fudge LAL SF
Lakers' Alex Fudge: Signs with Lakers
14d agoFudge signed a contract with the Lakers on Thursday. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.
It's unclear if Fudge signed a two-way deal with the Lakers, though that could very well be the case as he spent the 2023-24 campaign on such a deal, appearing in six NBA contests for the Lakers and Mavericks while averaging 2.5 points in 6.7 minutes per game. Even though Fudge will look to battle for a roster spot in training camp, he's likely to spend most of the upcoming campaign in the G League.

Dereon Seabron NO SG
Pistons' Dereon Seabron: Headed to Detroit
2d agoThe Pistons signed Seabron to an Exhibit 10 deal Tuesday, Michael Scotto of USA Today reports.
Seabron made six regular-season NBA appearances in 2023-24 for the Pelicans, averaging 2.3 points and 1.2 rebounds in 9.2 minutes. The 24-year-old guard will now have the opportunity to make the Pistons' regular-season roster.
-
Kenrich Williams OKC SG
Thunder's Kenrich Williams: Undergoes knee procedure
3d agoWilliams underwent a successful arthroscopic debridement procedure on his right knee Tuesday, Andrew Schlecht of The Athletic reports.
The timing is unfortunate for Williams with training camp right around the corner. Williams is scheduled to be re-evaluated at the end of the preseason, but the Thunder didn't provide an estimated return timetable. In 69 regular-season appearances for the Thunder in 2023-24, Williams averaged 4.7 points, 3.0 rebounds and 1.3 assists.
-
Skylar Mays LAL SG
Timberwolves' Skylar Mays: Signs deal with Minnesota
3d agoMays agreed to a contract with Minnesota on Monday, Michael Scotto of USA Today reports.
Mays offers decent NBA experience at the guard position, logging 38 combined appearances for the Trail Blazers and Lakers in 2023-24. In 105 career NBA games, Mays posted averages of 4.3 points, 1.7 assists and 1.2 rebounds.
-
Jamaree Bouyea SA PG
Jamaree Bouyea: Released by San Antonio
4d agoThe Spurs waived Bouyea on Sunday, Michael Scotto of USA Today reports.
Bouyea will become a free agent after being released from his two-way contract with the Spurs. The 25-year-old made 12 appearances for the G League's Austin Spurs in 2023-24, during which he averaged 15.1 points, 6.3 assists, 6.2 rebounds and 2.4 steals.
-
Yuri Collins NBADRAFT PG
Warriors' Yuri Collins: Signs training camp deal with Dubs
5d agoCollins has signed a training camp deal with the Warriors, Keith Smith of Spotrac.com reports.
Collins is not expected to have a shot at securing a spot in the Warriors' regular rotation and could be ticketed for another campaign in the G League. He spent the 2023-24 season with the Santa Cruz Warriors and logged averages of 6.3 points, 5.1 assists, 2.6 rebounds and 1.0 steals.
-
Marcus Garrett CHA PG
Hornets' Marcus Garrett: Signs deal with Charlotte
9d agoGarrett and the Hornets agreed to an Exhibit 10 contract Wednesday, Roderick Boone of The Charlotte Observer reports.
Garrett will join the Hornets for training camp and is likely going to end up playing for the G League's Greensboro Swarm. Since graduating from Kansas in 2021, Garrett has spent most of his time in the G League, but he did make 12 NBA appearances for the Heat on a two-way contract as a rookie.
-

Murray will now be under contract with the Nuggets through the 2029 season. The star point guard tied a career high with 21.2 points per game last season while also posting a career-best 6.5 assists across 59 games. He will enter his ninth season as the Nuggets' No. 2 option behind Nikola Jokic.

He'll have another chance to compete for a roster spot this fall.

After averaging 12.4 points per game for the club in the Summer League, Mintz will join the squad on an Exhibit 10 deal. The 21-year-old played for Syracuse in the 2023-24 season, during which he averaged 18.8 points, 4.4 assists, 3.2 rebounds and 2.1 steals across 33.8 minutes in 32 games. Mintz will have the opportunity to make the roster, but it is more likely that he will join the team's G League affiliate, the Delaware Blue Coats.
