Cannot change caption on new photo upload

  We got a new board for our org and need to change the pictures on one of pages to our new members and their names. When I go to upload the new pictures in the previous spots, it will not change the name under the photo. The caption automatically goes to ‘screenshot’. I have tried changing the name of the files and adding caption when uploading, but nothing is working.
