The Venice Film Festival kicked off the fall festival season in style this week, with premieres of anticipated new movies like “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice,” “Babygirl” and “Maria” as well as the prestige TV series “Disclaimer.” “Queer” and “The Room Next Door” have also made a big impression, along with “Joker: Folie à Deux.”
