German is spoken in DACH; in total there live about 98% of all native speakers - there are even more German native speakres in Australia than in Liechtenstein. :::::Wikimedia projects are simply projects that are international in scope and just happen to be multi-lingual. Because they are international in scope, the projects should use just the unported licenses.
