“It’s a love letter to cinema and a fuck you to Hollywood”
How this movie has a mixed critical reception is beyond me. By far one of the most passionate, inventive, experimental and batshit insane movies I’ve ever seen. The film’s pretty raw and upfront about all the tragedies, heartbreak, addiction, and perversions, that goes on within hollywood. But even with all that nastiness, it still manages to show the beauty of cinema and the impact movies have on our lives.
