One of the most gruesome and mean-spirited action films I've ever seen but also has this deeply sincere respect for the sanctity of life? Like the villains are a father, his son and his 40 brothers and nephews and every time our valiant hero sticks a machete through one of their sternums he genuinely sheds tears in mourning of his fallen family. So so so strange.
