After the second act of the movie, I was like "I have no idea what people were watching when they were calling this mid but even in my altered state and it takes a little bit to get going, this movie is my type of weird/humor and even though it's not as classic as the first one, it's still pretty good!" But then the last act happened and it was an absolute mess in how it tried to wrap things up a little too nicely. The B storylines might have been interesting if fleshed out more but they all fell flat by the end.

Keaton killing per usual, Ortega is great, and I stan Dafoe but you can tell the writers absolutely love Catherine O'Hara because she was serving the lines in this movie.

But man.....that second act. I wish the movie was more like that.

That Soul Train bit is still killing me.
