Message on the jumper

I saw someone wear a jumper with a comment on the back that said something along the lines of “don’t let your anxiety define you.” I cannot remember the exact words.
This was exactly what I needed to see in the moment, after ruminating on getting to my travel destination. I was — am! — still anxious, but this message helped me. Seeing that message in an item of clothing helped me feel a little less alone.
