Amazon is currently showcasing our Branded HummViewer listing that has been taken over (called "hijacking") by 3rd party sellers from China. They are NOT authorized HummViewer resellers and DO NOT have our product in stock. These fraudulent sellers are shipping Amazon buyers nothing at all or a useless counterfeit/knockoff mask that isn't functional to feed hummingbirds.

Despite our teams’ diligent efforts in abiding by Amazon requirements to report listing violations i.e.., listing hijacking, infringement of our US patent, violations of our copyright ownership of HummViewer images & content and Amazon's mandatory requirement for us to buy from the China sellers ~ to provide proof they are shipping illegal counterfeits. (We bought from 10 different sellers using our listing and were shipped 10 counterfeits) Amazon has not resolved our ongoing issue after providing them with all the evidence they require. These fraudulent sellers continue to illegally profit$$ without any repercussions.

"Hijacking" a Brand registered product listing is unfortunately common across Amazon/Walmart marketplaces. Overseas 3rd party sellers lure buyers to place an order by heavily discounting the original price. Orders take weeks to arrive from China. Returns & refunds are difficult. By the time an order is delivered and discovered to be a counterfeit, the fraudulent seller is typically no longer selling the item a buyer purchased.

*If you have unfortunately bought the counterfeit mask please do not use it to feed hummingbirds. The components are produced from unknown substances that may harm wildlife. We hope you will return it for a full refund and let Amazon know you received a counterfeit from an unauthorized 3rd party seller from China. Amazon returns & buyer feedback will help in our efforts to regain control of our listing.
