Thanks to the dedication of our Operations teams who have made this happen!     Runners from around the world powered up with healthy snacks provided by YoPRO for this year’s Sydney Marathon on September 15! As part of an exciting partnership with Sydney Marathon, the Danone Oceania team looked after runners in the recovery village on event day - as well as providing high-quality, high-protein, no added sugar snacks for members of the rapidly growing Sydney Marathon Run Clubs. We even had a few local Danoners joining #TeamYoPRO on the course, which passed through some of the city’s most spectacular landmarks, including the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House.     As Danone continues to advance on its Renew Danone strategy and prepares for the next chapter, following the Olympics, I am pleased to share that I will also be taking on a new role at the company. I am privileged to step into the role of Chief HR Officer, alongside my ongoing responsibilities as Research & Innovation, Quality, and Food Safety Officer. Over the past two years at Danone, I have been inspired by the passion and dedication of our teams, all working together to deliver health through food to as many people as possible. I firmly believe that our success in achieving the Renew Danone strategy depends on cultivating a strong people culture, fostering continuous learning, and driving innovation. I am eager to embrace this new challenge and contribute to Danone's ongoing commitment to excellence. I would like to thank Antoine de Saint-Affrique for entrusting me with this opportunity.
