Edits to this article by a friend of the subject

This section is to disclose my association with the subject of this article and my motivation for making changes to the content.

I am a former volunteer with one of Michael McCullough's non-profit organizations. I previously made some changes to this article to improve the quality of the sources and the layout, however as Melcous (talk · contribs) recently pointed out, this article has a good deal of subjective language. I also feel that it relies to heavily on lower quality sources when high quality sources are available.

I was not planning on making changes to this article, however Michael McCullough noticed the peacock flag and requested that I edit the article on him to bring it into wikipedia's BLP standards, just so that it doesn't have the flag anymore.

I do not generally edit BLP pages, so I would appreciate any guidance.
