Street names in French

Hi, Bernard. Just saw your changes to Concours de facades de la ville de Paris. This is to let you know that I didn't capitalise the words 'rue' in the introduction because it is a French word and would not be capitalised in French. I will let you decide if you should undo your recent changes. Probably English speakers would be more comfortable with the capital R. However, in order to be consistent, we should make the changes to the other street names (boulevard, place, avenue in the rest of the article.
