This is a comprehensive listing of official releases by Leona Lewis, a British pop and R&B singer. Lewis has released one studio album, six singles and eight music videos on SonyBMG and its sub-label Syco Records.

Lewis debuted in 2006 as winner of the third series of British reality show The X Factor. Her debut album Spirit was released in 2007, and is the fastest selling debut album of all time in both the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.[1][2] It has so far produced three number-one singles, "Bleeding Love", which was the biggest selling single of 2008, worldwide, "A Moment Like This", which was the fastest selling single in the UK by a female artist until the release of Alexandra Burke's cover of "Hallelujah" in December 2008. "Run" is also the UK's fastest selling digital release. "Run" charted in the US and Canada on downloads alone and with little promotion. In the UK alone, Lewis has sold over 5 million albums and singles combined.
