J.B. was Jonathan Randall, Tammy's half-cousin. In a controversial plot move Jonathan seduced Tammy. Even more shocking, Jonathan fell in love with Tammy. Over time, following an attempt to move on with Sandy Foster, Tammy would grow to love Jonathan just as much as he loved her. In 2007 Tammy married Jonathan Randall.
