Geography
editDistrict 88 is in Westchester County. It contains Scarsdale, Eastchester, Tuckahoe, Bronxville, Pelham, Pelham Manor, and parts of New Rochelle and White Plains.
The district is entirely within New York's 16th congressional district, and partially overlaps the 34th and 37th districts of the New York State Senate.
