::Thanks for your note. I honestly think it's a bit early for an RfC on the issue of the court cases. There is a lot more cleanup that needs to be done first on the article as a whole. Once we do that we may find that it's a lot easier to reach consensus on the lawsuits, particularly in the lede. Also, for the record, I've never done an actual RfC. This is the second event of the series, following the [[meta:Event:Wikicurious WikiNYC Civic Hall|inaugural event]] at Civic Hall in July.
