Mom is, as her name suggests, the upper bodiless mother of Cow and Chicken. She is voiced by Candi Milo. Like her husband and Cow and Chicken's father, only her waist and legs are shown. Her appearance is like the stereotypical housewife. She, also like her husband, appears to be insane. She is known to give her children strange and random advice. She tends to be sensitive as she is occasionally.

Her appearance is like the stereotypical housewife. She wears a white dress with red polka-dots, red flat shoes, and a yellow apron.
In an episode where her torso is uncovered, she is shown to have short blond hair and has long eyelashes and red lipstick, and also her dress is revealed to be a sleeveless dress, but unlike her lower half, it’s yellow and purple instead of white and red in which results inconsistently from her lower half
Personality[]
She is a housewife that prepare strange food for her family and give advice in the same way to her children. Also like her husband, appears to be insane. She tends to be sensitive as she is occasionally.
Trivia[]
- She uses her feet as hands, just like Dad.
- Both Mom and Dad have split torsos. Whenever the camera pans out on the couple, only decapitated legs are shown.
- Dad calls her "Mama" in most episodes.
- Despite having no mouth and by extension, a torso, Mom is somehow able to speak.
- It's a theory that Mom and Dad are actually sliced in half seen in Powerpuff Girls: Super Smash-Up
- Since she is upper bodiless, it remains unknown how she and her husband are alive, seeing as how they do not eat or drink at all.In the episode Cow and Chicken Reclining, one scene where Chicken pulls things out of the closet, he pulls out the other halves of Mom and Dad's bodies. This is the only time we see what Mom and Dad's faces look like, but Cow refers to it as "My science project." Judging by this, whether the upper halves of Mom and Dad's bodies, which were pulled out of the closet, could be their actual bodies is unknown.
