I was the the Embarkation NCO during the rocket attack. This was not a 250,000 gallon fuel bladder. The USMC uses mainly 50k gallon fuel bladders. The rocket hit one 50k bladder. After resulting explosions, four other bladders then went up.

I too was on site during this attack. The rocket actually hit a stationary fuel pump destroying it, and causing fire to spread to the nearby 50k Bladders
