I have found a higher resolution copy of the exact same image. It is a shame that it has to be replaced as JPG as well, since JPG is a lossy format and I had to convert from the source PNG. This file is a few months out of date, showing incorrect data for Maine and Texas. I'd like to rectify this issue. The same issue (for Texas) is present also in File:Laws_concerning_gender_identity-expression_by_country_or_territory.svg, so I'd appreciate overwrite rights for that file as well. When the design for the first file (of which the second one is a colour palette variant) was changed by Macondo back in August 2019, an error was introduced: the coat of arms of the province of Valencia should, of course, have only four pallets gules instead of five (see the other versions listed on the files' description and Coat of arms of the Crown of Aragon on Wikipedia).
