•  Oppose If a free license has been sent to OTRS, then the file will be restored automatically when and if the email is received, processed, and approved. Note that OTRS, like Commons, is entirely staffed by volunteers, and, also like Commons, is shorthanded, so it may be close to 14 days before the email is processed and the file is restored.

If the message was sent to the English language version of OTRS and the email has been properly received there the sender will receive an automatic reply with the ticket number. If the sender has not had a reply, please check that it was sent correctly and try again. He claims that the copyright comes from "台灣電力公司已公告政府資料宣告", and I also think that "per Kai3952" is problematic(see: Commons:Deletion requests/File:Kukuan Hydropower Plant01.jpg). This requires people who understand Chinese to re-examine the copyright. •  Oppose In solchen Fällen brauchen wir die Freigabe direkt durch den Urheber als Email. Das Pressekit hat keinerlei freie Lizenzen, also können wir das nicht online nachprüfen. Eine Anleitung zur Bestätigung der Genehmigung per Email steht auf Commons:OTRS/de. Sobald die Email hier von unserem Team aus Freiwilligen bearbeit worden ist, kann das Logo wieder hergestellt werden. Aber da diese Kollegen völlig überlastet sind, wird das ca. 100 Tage dauern.

Sehr viel einfacher wäre es daher, wenn die Entwickler das Logo auf ihrer Presseseite selbst unter einer freien Lizenz freigeben würden. Dann könnten wir die Datei hier sofort wieder herstellen. De728631 (talk) 16:03, 15 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The Ukaz scans of the newspaper are actually not articles but official proclamations or decrees. Therefore they are also exempt from copyright.

This means that {{PD-Russia-1996}} applies: "This work was originally published anonymously or under a pseudonym before January 1, 1943 and the name of the author did not become known during 50 years after publication."

•  Oppose @Jeff G.: According to the copyright laws of the Republic of Serbia, the copyright for the recording of a show has the main and responsible editing of those shows and through it the television station, and the very subject that participated in that television show. In this case, they are television Pink and academician Miloš Ćorlomanović. No photographers and cameramen have any copyright to such recordings, because according to the law of the Republic of Serbia on copyright, photographers and cameramen are only workers in televisions who professionally carry out their work, unless they themselves are editors of some shows or newspaper articles. So I was told that this photo was created directly in the screenplay of the player's system in the personal computer of the academician Miloša Ćorlomanović from the recording of the show in which he was a guest and for which, as the subject who participated in the show, according to the copyright laws of the Republic of Serbia all the rights to own this image and, consequently, the photographs that come out of it through the screenshots. He personally already sent a letter to the editors of Wikimedia in which he explains this and gives me the right to edit on all Vikiprojects. Thank you for your understanding.
