Charlotte Angela Cooper (1871-1944) was a mycologist specialising in agarics. She lived in Yorkshire, then moved to Hertfordshire. She was the daughter of Rev. Robert Jermyn Cooper of Robin Hood's Bay, Yorkshire, and she was a teacher at a private school in Yorkshire, and a founder member of Whitby Naturlaists' Club (Source: Whitby Naturalists' Club).
