== New uploads by Footlessmouse ==
Hi, I was wondering if you could look over my new uploads related to E. T. Whittaker. All of them are found in the new category I created for him [[:Category:E. T. Whittaker]]. In particular, the two book covers may not have been appropriate and I am wondering if they need to be deleted. They are digital rather than photographs of the books, which I think is the problem, but I thought it was alright when I uploaded it as I have seen that in book covers. There is also the colloquium photo, which I am 90% sure I did correctly, but also need to make sure. Anyways, I wish to use these in various articles that I am trying to promote to Good Article status on Wikipedia and need to make sure the licenses are correct, and you seem to know the licensing pretty well. Most of your uploads look good, but the background on the two modern book covers is sufficiently creative to garner copyright protection: [[:File:A History of the Theories of Aether and Electricity 2nd ed combined cover.jpg]], [[:File:Course of Modern Analysis Dover Books third edition reprint cover.jpg]]. Hi, I don't know why the bot believed it should do [https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=File:Fontaine_de_la_nymph%C3%A9e_Revue_d%27histoire_de_Lyon_1906.jpg&diff=506942387&oldid=505273453 this]. (France is not in the United States, the 16th and 19th centuries are not between 1925 and 1963, and the status tag for the photo must remain.)
