BRIC seeks an Associate Producer to work with the Performing Arts team to provide administrative and operational support of performances & residencies, which includes the BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! Festival, BRIC JazzFest, and other BRIC programs. The AP will manage all artist contract administration and assist with all rehearsals, performances, and performing arts operations to ensure high-quality artist/audience experience and production values.

BRIC seeks an Associate Director to support its artists, residents, students, staff, and stakeholders who engage in services through BRIC’s programs. Reporting to the Senior Director, Community Impact, the Associate Director will be responsible for working with BRIC participants and stakeholders and tracking their engagement with BRIC.

BRIC seeks enthusiastic individuals for the part-time position of Visitor Experience  Attendant. Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, Visitor Experience Attendants will serve as the first point of contact for guests entering BRIC’s spaces. This will include welcoming visitors at the Greeter Desk and Gallery Attendant Desk during regular open hours, as well as taking tickets and greeting audience members at various performing arts events.

BRIC seeks a TIPS-certified part-time Cafe Associate whose primary responsibility will be managing the bar and cafe during events at BRIC House. 

BRIC seeks an experienced Director of Operations who, as a member of our senior leadership team, will oversee, lead and strategize around the overall functions of BRIC’s day-to-day facilities operations and venue management. Responsibilities include building/facilities management, rental events and BRIC produced venue management, and visitor services. The Director of Operations will liaise with other departments including but not limited to: Production, Technology and various Programming departments.

BRIC seeks a Manager, Membership and Events to manage and oversee BRIC’s membership program and special event strategy, two key avenues of revenue for BRIC. The Manager, Membership and Events will report to the Associate Director, Development. This role will play a key role in driving revenue growth across membership and individuals, devising an event strategy that capitalizes on stewardship and cultivation across all of BRIC’s programs. The ideal candidate will be a team player, comfortable interacting with members and donors, and positioned to take on a leadership role within the department.

BRIC seeks a full-time Production Manager, Special Projects who will manage the installation of art exhibitions, fabrication, event production, and administrative-related activities. Collaborating with curators, artists, and producers, the Production Manager, Special Projects will be committed to safe working conditions, high production standards and will contribute to a positive artist, audience, and staff experience. The Production Manager, Special Projects will collaborate with BRIC producers, curators, artists, outside galleries and institutions, government officials, vendors, and others in the planning and execution of exhibitions, events, and fabrication. This position reports directly to the Director of Production.
