Dynasty will wrap its five-season run on The CW for good later this year.
Before we get to that point, however, we're getting an exciting guest star in the form of Charisma Carpenter.
TV Line reports that the scene-stealer has landed a role on an upcoming episode of the sudsy drama.
Carpenter is set to play Heather, the former babysitter of Fallon who resurfaces in Atlanta.
In true Dynasty fashion, Heather drops a bombshell on the Carringtons.
We have no idea what this "bombshell" is, so we'll just have to tune in when the episode airs Friday, July 8 at 9/8c.
Carpenter was a favorite on the Freeform primetime soap The Lying Game.
That show was canceled in its prime, but it's nice to know the star is returning to the world of soapy dramas.
We're excited to see how Heather fits into Dynasty. Fallon should have some stories to tell about her.

This year marks the 80th anniversary of one of the most extraordinary maritime events of World War II: the story of the cargo ship San Demetrio, which was severely damaged in battle, abandoned by its crewmembers and then later retrieved. To mark the occasion, Datura Studios and North Atlantic Ridge in association with B7 Media and AudioMarvels assembled an impressive team for the audio production of Unsinkable to capture this epic journey of the ship that would not die.
Datura partnered with John Mawson’s North Atlantic Ridge to adapt his screenplay, The San Demetrio, into an audio movie.

We've all had those couples we loved the first time we watched a show.
Rooting for a relationship while it's still developing makes it easy to get caught up in the excitement, but sometimes when you go back for a rewatch, you see things a bit more clearly than you did before.
We put together a list of couples we didn't ship the second time around!
Aria and Ezra - Pretty Little Liars
As a teenager, it was all too easy to get swept up in Aria and Ezra's romance. They were two people who didn't appear too far apart in age due to the casting decision, and they had the kind of love you couldn't help but root for.
Why were Aria's parents so determined to keep them apart?
It turns out that they were so determined to put an end to their daughter's romance because it was statutory rape.

Netflix has given an eight-episode series order to the dramedy “Sex/Life” from “UnReal” alum Stacy Rukeyser, the streamer announced on Monday.
Based on the 2016 book “44 Chapters About 4 Men” by Bb Easton, the series is described as “the story of a love triangle between a woman, her husband, and her past which takes a deliciously steamy new look at female identity and desire.”
Taking the style of a memoir, Easton’s semi-fictionalized book recounts her past romances and attempts to manipulate her husband by keeping a “secret” journal for him to read. The book later spun off a series of fully fictional novels.

This weekend marked the premiere of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, the second in a five-part prequel series to the Harry Potter franchise.
Since the books came out in 1997, the world created by J.K. Rowling has been everywhere from the big screen to Broadway. Is it time to bring Harry and friends to the small screen?
If the Potterverse continues on its current trajectory, a television version seems inevitable. As a massive fan of the movies, I have mixed feelings about an attempt. It is hard to picture anybody other the Emma Watson as Hermione or Daniel Redcliff as Harry.
However, it would not be the first time that a book that became a movie went on to be a television series. There is a grand tradition in television history of bringing books to life. Networks such as The CW and Freeform have a history of breathing new life into familiar franchises.
