Luigi Frusci (born 1879; died 1949) was an officer in the Italian Army during World War II.

Frusci commanded Italian "volunteers" in the Corps of Volunteer Troops (Corpo di Truppe Volontarie) during the Spanish Civil War. As a Lieutenant-General, he commanded Italian forces fighting in Eritrea during the East African Campaign.
