Lisa Barlow has been warned. On Wednesday night’s (Sept. 18) episode of Watch What Happens Live, model Molly Sims advised her to cancel her CO2 facial — the same horrifying beauty treatment The Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Judge recently had done.

Sims, who founded YSE Beauty, was tasked with giving her honest thoughts on some questionable Bravolebrity beauty trends, like Heather Dubrow using leeches to suck blood out of her stomach that would later go on her face.

“No,” Sims simply answered, though revealed that she was on board with Sonja Morgan‘s semen facial as well as Phaedra Parks and Porsha Williams‘ colonics.

However, Sims spoke out strongly about the CO2 facial, which uses lasers to remove layers of the skin. The anti-aging treatment became a recent topic of conversation as Judge documented its painful aftermath, showing off her “crispy” and swollen face on social media.

“You cannot fuck your barrier. You cannot do that to your barrier,” Sims said, to which Barlow admitted, “I was gonna get one on Oct. 28.”

Sims then practically begged the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star not to have the procedure done. She explained, “It’s so strong and it pulls your barrier. Your face becomes slick, it’s too much, I’m telling you. You will not be able to keep makeup on.”

“I know it’s very controversial,” Sims continued. “I do not believe in it. There’s a lot of things you can do. But I do not believe in the CO2.”

Barlow decided to “trust the model,” declaring that she would be “canceling” her appointment. “I was meant to hear this,” she concluded.

Meanwhile, viewers of the show were grateful for Sims’ advice.

“Molly Sims just saved Lisa Barlow’s face,” one said, while another added, “Omg Molly Sims convincing Lisa Barlow to cancel her facial procedure while shading Tamra in the process is iconic.”

Watch What Happens Live airs Sunday through Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
