Get in, witches, we’re forming a coven. Ahead of Agatha All Alongs premiere, frenzied fans are wondering when exactly they can expect episodes of the series to apparate on Disney+ and luckily, there is finally an answer.

Three years after Wandavision introduced Marvel lovers to the wonderfully witchy and surreptitiously sly Agatha Harkness (a.k.a the Westview resident formerly known as Agnes), Disney has confirmed that the Kathryn Hahn-led spinoff Agatha All Along will hit Disney+ with a two-episode premiere. Here’s all you need to know to be among the first group of fans to watch it (and avoid spoilers on social media!).

What Time Does Agatha All Along Come Out?

The Mouse House has been very inconsistent over the years as to when they release their new programming, so this is an excellent question to ask. Decider has reached out to Disney+, and they have confirmed that the first two episodes of Agatha All Along will drop at 9pm ET/6pm PT on Wednesday, September 18. From there, viewers will be able to follow the Witches Road for six more weeks with the penultimate installment and finale airing on October 30, just in time for the magical mischief of Halloween. (That’s right, a two-episode premiere and a two-episode finale. Symmetry!) It’s an apt wrap date for a show that has promised to be a spooky season adventure, unlike anything Marvel has ventured into before.

What Are The Agatha All Along Release Dates?

As we mentioned above, all episodes of Agatha All Along will be released on Disney+ at 9pm ET/6pm PT. Here is what we know, so far, about subsequent episodes and their respective premiere dates:

What Is The Plot of Agatha All Along, and how does it connect to WandaVision and the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU)?

Agatha All Along follows the formation of a coven led by Agatha Harkness (Hahn) in order to traverse the Witches Road, a magical journey that rewards a witch with what she or he desires should they be able to complete a series of tasks along the way — is expected to pick up years after the events of Wandavision. At the end of the critically acclaimed 2021 series (which Hahn received an Emmy nomination for), Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch trapped Agatha in Westview, New Jersey to play the role of the nosy neighbor she had carried out so well until revealing her true identity as a powerful dark witch with hopes of draining the Scarlet Witch’s powers. Now, thanks to help from a fanboy teen (Joe Locke), Agatha has broken out of the spell and set her sights on conquering the Witches Road to regain her power and her mojo.

In order to take on the daunting task of walking the Witches Road and passing the series of tests along the way, Agatha and Teen (Locke) must form an all-star roster of witches with individual gifts of their own. Rounding out the team are names like Aubrey Plaza (Parks and RecreationThe White Lotus), Patti Lupone (Beau Is AfraidThe School for Good and Evil), Sasheer Zamata (Saturday Night Live), Ali Ahn (The Diplomat) and Debra Jo Rupp (That 70’s Show). Rupp, who played Sharon Davis/Mrs. Hart in Wandavision, reprises her role in the new series and appears to be a featured player while another Wandavision alum, Emma Caulfield (Buffy the Vampire Slayer), is set to reprise her role as Dottie/Sarah Proctor but is not believed to have a large presence on screen.

While Disney has revealed that it’s Locke’s character Teen — who many fans speculate to be Billy Kaplan a.k.a. Wiccan, the son of the Scarlet Witch and Vision (Paul Bettany) for all intents and purposes — that breaks Agatha out of the spell she was trapped under, it’s unclear how exactly that happens or what his own motivations are to walk the Witches Road. As for the viewers who have questioned the true identity of Locke’s character, the Heartstopper actor and his co-stars have remained tight-lipped on who this Agatha Harkness fan really is, where he comes from and his true parentage.

For Wandavision lovers, the show is a much-needed follow-up to the open-ended finale and arc involving Hahn’s beloved baddie. Who can forget the eponymous song from which the new Disney+ show receives its name? In Wandavision Episode 8 (“Previously On”), it was revealed that the true motivations of Hahn’s character were far more spurious than originally thought as she sang about manipulating and pulling the strings behind all of the wackiness and deception of Westview in a song called “Agatha All Along”. The song would go on to become a mega-viral hit, even charting on iTunes and Billboard charts, being remixed across social media platforms and winning songwriting duo Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez an Emmy win for Outstanding Original Music and Lyrics. From that love, fan pleas were heard and answered by Marvel boss Kevin Feige who later confirmed a spinoff around Agatha was in the works.

Is Agatha All Along The Same Show As Agatha: Coven of Chaos? What About Agatha: Darkhold Diaries?

Much like the character and her original arc in Wandavision, the show and its producers — including returning showrunner/creator Jac Schaeffer — kept fans on their toes with the title of the Agatha Harkness spinoff in the more than two years since being announced. Every few months or so, reports would emerge of the series undergoing a name change with titles ranging from the serious (Agatha: Coven of Chaos) to the silly (Agatha: House of Harkness) to ones that fans were all but certain could not be the real name… here’s looking at you, Agatha: The Lying Witch with the Great Wardrobe. Ultimately, Disney execs revealed in May that the show is — and always has been — Agatha All Along
