Based on the biography The Crusader: Ronald Reagan and the Fall of Communism, Reagan tells the life story of Ronald Reagan (Dennis Quaid) from his childhood to his time as president. In the film, his story is told by former KGB agent Viktor Ivanov (Jon Voight). From Reagan’s humble beginnings to his Hollywood actor life to being the leader of a large country, all of the man’s big moments are shown for everyone to see.

WHERE TO WATCH REAGAN:
Currently, the only way to watch Reagan is to head out to a movie theater when it releases on Friday, August 30. You can find a local showing on Fandango. Otherwise, you’ll just have to wait until it becomes available to rent or purchase on digital platforms like Vudu, Apple, YouTube and Amazon.
WHEN WILL REAGAN BE STREAMING? WILL REAGAN BE ON PRIME VIDEO?
Reagan will not be available to be streamed on Prime Video, as it is not being produced by Amazon MGM Studios, but the film will likely be available to rent or buy on Prime Video. While a release date has not yet been announced, most movies typically come to digital platforms around 45 days after they’re released in theaters. If Reagan follows that trajectory, we could be watching the film from the comfort of our living rooms by early October 2024.
