Dolores Catania is known for playing Switzerland when it comes to the drama on The Real Housewives of New Jersey. But for a brief moment on Watch What Happens Live, she let her guard down and revealed which castmate she thought Bravo should keep on the long-running series: Teresa Giudice or Melissa Gorga.

As tensions between the estranged sisters-in-law have grown to the point of no return, it’s become inherently clear to both fans (and executive producer Andy Cohen) that RHONJ can’t continue in the same way, meaning one or both women will likely have to go ahead of Season 15.

While Bravo has not made any official casting announcements — and likely won’t until 2025 — Cohen has previously teased that a total reboot is needed. Much like The Real Housewives of New York City, he said there is a chance fans will get a cast of all “fresh faces.”

But if the network decides to mix old and new faces, Catania — who became a full-time cast member in Season 7 — revealed which two castmates she would like to see return.

“Well, of course, Teresa. I’ve always been close with her. And then Jenn Fessler is hysterical,” Catania said on Sunday night’s (Aug. 4) episode of Watch What Happens Live, before adding, “But, I mean, all of them — Margaret — I love them all. I really love them as a group.”

Being friends with both Giudice and her sworn enemy Margaret Josephs has also proven difficult for Catania, who admitted that both women get mad at her off-camera for being friends with the other.

“Are you kidding? You know the abuse I take off-camera. You have no idea,” she said.

However, that’s not going to stop the beloved reality star, who recently wrapped filming Season 3 of The Traitors, from keeping the peace within their group.

“I don’t play both sides of the fence. I try to keep the peace,” she said. “Playing both sides of the fence is turning on one behind their back. I do nothing behind anybody’s back.”

Watch What Happens Live airs Sunday through Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
