Kamala Harris wants you to get out there and vote — and found a primetime platform to share that message.

The Vice President and 2024 presidential hopeful is featured in the finale of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Season 9, which hit Paramount+ on Friday. Her appearance took place at the start of the episode, which the show billed as an “extra special Drag Race viewing party.”

Joined by Jamal Sims, the show’s choreographer, and judge Michelle Visage, as well as Lance Bass, Cheyenne Jackson, and Leslie Jones, Harris greeted viewers, and issued her call to action.

“Each day, we are seeing our rights and freedoms under attack, including the right of everyone to be who they are, love who they love, openly and with pride,” she shared. “So as we fight back against these attacks, let’s all remember: no one is alone. We are all in this together. And your vote is your power. So please make sure your voice is heard this November, and register to vote at vote.gov.”

Jackson echoed Harris’ sentiments by saying, “Can I get an amen?”

“Amen!” they all exclaimed.

After Harris said, “Now on with the show,” Jones issued one final reminder.

“And remember: you better vote,” she added.

Per the Associated Press, Harris’ cameo was taped prior to President Joe Biden dropping out of the 2024 election. The current POTUS had made his announcement on Sunday (July 21). According to Entertainment Weekly, other U.S. politicians who have appeared on the Drag Race franchise in the past are Nancy Pelosi and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
