Pat Sajak may have bid farewell to Wheel of Fortune , but that doesn’t mean he said goodbye to its celebrity counterpart just yet.
ABC announced on Wednesday that the beloved host will be back to take his “final spin” on Celebrity Wheel of Fortune next season. The new installment is slated to premiere at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Monday, Oct. 7, and will be followed by Press Your Luck, hosted by Elizabeth Banks. As noted by The Hollywood Reporter, the show will air whenever Monday Night Football is not on.
Decider reached out to ABC for additional comment.
Citing sources, THR reported that filming for the new season has yet to take place.
Sajak will be joined by Vanna White, who was reported to have signed a deal that came with a pay increase in July 2023.
As for Celebrity Jeopardy!, the network revealed that the show will also make a midseason return, as will American Idol, The Bachelor, and What Would You Do? The premiere dates for these programs, as well as Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, will be revealed at a later time.
The highly anticipated premiere of The Golden Bachelorette starring Joan Vassos will debut on Wednesday, Sept. 18
