Did Izzy’s companion at the Love Is Blind Season 6 reunion look familiar? That’s because — like Izzy — she’s an alum of the hit Netflix reality show. In fact, he was at the reunion with Mean Girl Micah from Season 4.

Hosted by Nick and Vanessa Lachey, the reunion was teased to have “surprise guests” as the cast of the current season unpack their drama. The guests were revealed to be previous cast members, including Giannina (who showed up to the special event with her Bachelorette boyfriend), Matt, Colleen, Kwame, Chelsea, and more.

Fans weren’t receptive to the time the alums stole from the Season 6 cast, but seemed to warm up to them at the midway point of the episode.

Unlike the other guests, Izzy and Micah aren’t in a relationship, sparking confusion from viewers. But their guest spot began to make sense towards the end of the episode.

In the final moments of the reunion, the two singles announce that they will be contestants on the Netflix dating show Perfect Match, along with Jessica from Season 6.

Host Nick Lachey said during the reunion, “That’s right! Micah and Izzy will be joining me on the next season of Perfect Match, coming this summer, along with Jessica.”

From Love Is Blind creator Chris Coelen, Perfect Match features contestants from other Netflix reality shows as they pair together and complete challenges to test their compatibility. The first season welcomed pod alums Bartise Bowden, Lauren “LC” Chamblin, Damian Powers, and Diamond Jack.

Micah crafted a harsh reputation for herself during her season on Love Is Blind, most of which she spent gossiping with her pod bestie Irina. She also openly flirted with another person’s fiancé. After the season aired, she hit the socials to apologize for her “mean girl” behavior and later redeemed herself by being a team player during the After the Altar special.

Izzy, on the other hand, appeared in Season 5 and was unproblematic for the most part. However, he frustrated his fiancé after revealing his poor credit score, which, during the reunion, he claims is “fixed.”

We can’t wait to see how these singles do in the new reality show. Maybe they’ll find their perfect match and no longer need to rely on Netflix reality shows for their romantic life. Just look at Giannina, who shared at the beginning of the reunion that she was supposed to be on the first season of Perfect Match, but ended up finding her current boyfriend first. Sweet!
